Introduction
------------

  The Remote Management Tool, is a Window-based software package 
  that implements RRCP functions at the management host side. The Remote 
  Management Application gives network administrators the ability to configure and 
  monitor dumb layer 2 switches like intelligent switches.

	Pentium class processor
	32 MB RAM
Software
	WindowsR 98 , ME, NT 4.0 
	Service Pack 6, 2000, XP
	WinPCap 3.0

Installation procedure
-------------------------

  To install the Remote Management Application, you should follow the following 
  simple steps:

  1. Run the installer program by double-clicking on the
     setup.exe icon.  
  2. Follow the instructions of the installer program to install the
     Remote Management Tool.  
  3. Done! The software should be installed in your Systems directory.  
  
  After you install the Remote Management Tool on your computer, an 
  application folder is placed on the desktop. 
  
  To start Management Application, do the following:
hDouble-click the rmt icon in the folder.
  
  **What files are installed?**: The Remote Management Application installer will 
  install the following files on your system:
  
  * README.txt  (This README file.)
  * rmsLib.dll	 
  * rmt.exe  (main program)
  
  **Uninstalling Ether-FSH2402GT Remote Management Tool **: To remove the Remote Management Tool     from your system, you should use the "Add/Remove Programs" control panel in Windows. In the    listbox that is presented to you, choose "Remote Management Tool" and click "remove."
